Common questions
Is the target a final nitrate value?
No. Enter only the increase. If the aquarium is at 1 ppm and the target is 5 ppm, enter 4 ppm.
Which nitrate salt should I choose?
Choose according to the other ion your aquarium can accept. Potassium nitrate also adds potassium, while calcium nitrate also adds calcium.
